What If I’m on My Parents’ Insurance?

This is a common concern for teens and young adults. If you’re using a parent or guardian’s insurance, they may see an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing that a medical visit occurred—though it won’t always list details. To protect your privacy, we offer:

Can I Get Anonymous Testing?

Can only be accessed by authorized medical staff

Are There Any Exceptions?

In some cases, we are legally required to report certain positive STD results—such as HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, or chlamydia—to the Florida Department of Health. Even in these situations, your employer, school, family, and friends are not notified.

What If I Test Positive?

If you receive a positive test result:

If needed, we can help you notify partners discreetly (without revealing your identity)
